1. Documents & Information

  • The student is responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and authentic documents (academic transcripts, ID, passport, language test scores, etc.).
  • StudyWay is not liable for application delays, rejections, or visa refusals caused by incorrect, misleading, or forged documents.
  • Documents submitted via our platform may be shared with partner universities, colleges, or visa authorities as required.

2. Deadlines & Delays

  • Application deadlines are strictly communicated by StudyWay. Late submissions due to the student’s or parent’s delay are solely the student’s responsibility.
  • StudyWay will not be held responsible for technical issues, postal delays, or third-party processing times (e.g., exam boards, translation services, banks).
  • Any request for deadline extension must be discussed before the original deadline. Extensions are not guaranteed.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Service fees are disclosed before the application begins. No hidden charges.
  • Third-party fees (university application fees, entrance exam fees, visa fees, courier, translation, exam fees, etc.) are paid directly by the student/parent.
  • All payments to StudyWay are non-refundable once work has commenced (e.g., application review, document preparation, submission).
  • In case of visa refusal or university rejection, StudyWay does not refund service fees unless a specific refund agreement had before.

4. Application Submissions & Revisions

  • StudyWay will submit applications only after receiving final approval from the student/parent.
  • The student/parent must review all application drafts within 48 hours of receipt. Delays may lead to missed deadlines, for which StudyWay is not liable.
  • Once an application is submitted, changes may not be possible. StudyWay will attempt to assist but cannot guarantee modifications.

5. Communication & Responsiveness

  • The student and parent agree to respond actively to StudyWay’s emails, messages, or calls during application periods.
  • StudyWay is not responsible for missed opportunities (scholarships, housing, interviews) due to lack of timely response from the student/parent.

6. Visa & University Decisions

  • StudyWay provides full guidance and precise document checking for visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval.
  • University admissions decisions are made solely by the institution. StudyWay has no control over acceptance, rejection, or conditional offers.
  • The student/parent must meet all visa and university conditions (e.g., funds, medical insurance, notary public, etc.).

7. Confidentiality

  • StudyWay will not share personal data with third parties except as required for applications, visas, or legal obligations.
  • The student and parent agree not to share StudyWay’s internal tools, templates, or strategic advice with other agencies or individuals.

8. Cancellation & Withdrawal

  • If the student withdraws from the application process after payment, fees are non-refundable (see section 3).
  • StudyWay may terminate services if false documents are provided, fees are unpaid, or the student/parent engages in abusive, dishonest, or uncooperative behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • StudyWay’s total liability is limited to the total service fees paid by the student/parent to StudyWay.
  • StudyWay is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed enrollment, flight tickets, accommodation, lost income).

10. Exclusive Representation & Non-Duplication of Submissions

The student and parent confirm that StudyWay is the sole agency handling the student's applications for the agreed-upon programs, universities, or destinations.

The student agrees not to submit the same application, personal documents, or supporting materials to the same university, program, or intake through another agency, consultant, or independently.

If StudyWay discovers that the student has submitted duplicate applications for the same program or intake through another party, StudyWay reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate its services without refund of any paid fees, and/or
  • Invoice the student for any work already completed at standard hourly or service rates.

As a result, StudyWay is not responsible for any confusion, rejection, or visa refusal resulting from duplicate submissions, including conflicting data, double payments, or communication issues between multiple representatives.

Approval Statement

I, the student, and I, the parent/legal guardian (if student is under 18), confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the above Terms & Conditions before proceeding with StudyWay’s services.
